F\u00fcr meinen ersten Doral suchte ich einen lebendigen Wei\u00dfwein, mit viel Rundheit und einem ausgepr\u00e4gten Geschmack. Ich wollte den Chardonnay-Charakter dieser Rebsorte hervorheben. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis. Es gelang mir, einen Wei\u00dfwein der Gastronomie zu erhalten, der es mit den gro\u00dfen Weinen des Burgunds aufnehmen kann.<\/p>\n
